Item Condition: Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, undefined odours (Perfume, washing powder, foul), washed or alteration.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund that does not comply with our policies.

  • Timeframe for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, returns may not be accepted. Exchange requests should be made within 14 days after recieving the product.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, washed or alteration may not be eligible for return.
  • Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in discount voucher. Please allow up to 3 business days for the voucher to be processed after the returned items are received.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as accessories, nail polish, beauty tools/products, makeup, hair accessories, perfumes, swimsuits, skincare products, undergarments, may not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a voucher and send your desired items to our email so that we can create the exchange order for you.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement.
  • Final Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy. All decisions regarding returns and refunds are at our sole discretion.
