Fast Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule:

Orders placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM) local time from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day and received the following day.
Orders placed after 13:00 (1:00 PM) will be shipped the day after, with delivery on the subsequent day.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday for delivery on Wednesday.

Ordering Deadline:

Orders must be placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM) local time from Monday to Thursday to qualify for Fast Shipping.

Payment:

The cost of Fast Shipping is R200 per order and is non-refundable. Payment for Fast Shipping is due at the time of order placement.

Exclusions:

Fast Shipping may not be available during peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions. We reserve the right to suspend or modify Fast Shipping service availability without prior notice. Free shipping applies only to standard shipping methods.Orders with expedited or fast shipping options are not eligible for free shipping unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotional offers.

Cancellation:

Orders with Fast Shipping cannot be canceled once placed. Customers must receive the order and arrange for return if necessary. Please note that there are no refunds for shipping fees.

Liability:

Delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or transportation issues, are not our liability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including contact numbers and email addresses.
Incorrect information provided by the customer may result in delivery delays. Please contact the courier guy to fix your address.
We are not liable for any delay in delivery or additional shipping costs incurred due to inaccurate customer information.
Customers are advised to contact the courier upon receiving a tracking number to inquire about the package's status.
